District in relation to various COVID-19 issues. In W.P.No.6435/2020 and connected matters, this Court is dealing with the same issues concerning the entire State.

appointed Sri Vikram Huilgol, the learned counsel as Amicus Curiae. The petitioner shall provide a copy of the

petition to the learned Amicus Curiae.

Moreover, we direct fourth respondent to consider the representation dated 19^th April 2021. After considering the representation, the said respondent shall take appropriate action in accordance with law.
