Both the sides having argued the matter vociferously for

sometime are graciously in agreement with the suggestion of this court that in terms of impugned order dated 17.11.2020, BBMP Commissioner shall entrust the commission work to the Asst. Executive Engineer of the jurisdictional area and the said Engineer shall accomplish the task after giving notice to both the sides, within a period of six weeks;.

The learned trial Judge shall take a call on the report of

the Commissioner after having say of both the sides thereon and further suit shall be disposed off within a period of eight months, all contentions of the parties having kept open.
