THIS WRIT PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTICLES 226 AND 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA PRAYING TO ISSUE WRIT OF MANDAMUS OR ANY OTHER WRIT OR ORDER WRIT OR ORDER OR DIRECTION, IN THE NATURE OF WRIT, DIRECTING THE RESPONDENTS NO.1 TO 3 TO CONSIDER THE REPRESENTATIONS GIVEN BY THE PETITIONER DATED 18.01.2021 VIDE ANNEXURE-B,C, AND D IN THE WRIT PETITION.

The learned counsel for the petitioner and the

learned Additional Government Advocate are heard for final disposal.

The petitioner asserts that she has acquired right, title and interest in the land measuring 1 acre 37 guntas in Sy.No.32 of Manganahalli Village, Yesvantapur Hobli, Bangalore North Taluk as also the land measuring 14 guntas in Sy.No.100 of Kannahalli village, Yesvantapur Hobli, Bangalore North Taluk in terms of the final decree drawn in FDP No.35/2007 and

is presented for registration with the Jurisdictional Sub-

Registrar on 27.12.2014, and when the deed is presented for registration, the registration is not complete for want of 11E sketch. The petitioner has filed repeated representations with the respondent but no action has been taken. The learned Additional Government Advocate submits that an application must be submitted with the jurisdictional Assistant Director of Land Records online and the concerned Assistant Director of Land Records would take necessary decision within a reasonable time.

It is seen from Annexure-A that the application is filed in the month of October 2015, but the representations for considerations thereof are filed in the year 2021. As submitted by the learned Additional Government Advocate, the petitioner will have to now file a fresh application online as prescribed. After submitting such application online, the petitioner

may submit a detailed representation with the jurisdictional Assistant Director of Land Records enclosing a certified copy of this order and the acknowledgement for having submitted the online application. As the petitioner’s request is pending from 2015, the representation must be considered expeditiously. Hence, the following:

A) The petition is disposed of permitting the

petitioner to file online application in the prescribed form for 11E Sketch of the subject property within four [4] weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order and within the next four [4] weeks thereafter file a representation with the Assistant Director of Land Records enclosing a certified copy of this

order and the acknowledgement for online submission of the application.

B) If such representation is filed, the jurisdictional Assistant Director of Land Records shall consider the same in accordance with law.
