This petition is stated to have been filed in public interest.

01.12.2020 and particularly to Annexure-R1 annexed thereto to state that on 08.07.2020, the Deputy Commissioner, Bengaluru Urban District, Bengaluru, who is not a party to this writ petition, has granted CL-7 licence in favour of respondent No.4. The said licence is to be in force till 30.06.2022. Therefore, he submitted that the prayer sought by the petitioners to restrain respondent No.3 from granting CL-7 to respondent No.4 no longer survives for consideration. He submitted that writ petition may accordingly be disposed.
