ORDER
The learned counsel Mr. Rajendra, appearing on behalf of Sri S.V. Prakash, learned counsel for petitioner files a memo, which reads as under:
“The above Writ Petition filed by the Petitioner requiring issuance of appropriate writ directing the respondents not to interfere with the recreational and other lawful activities carried on by the Club run

by the Petitioner. As on today his respondents are not interfering with the activities of the Club. Therefore, this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to permit the Petitioner to withdraw the above Writ Petition with reserving liberty to file the Fresh case/Writ Petition in case the respondents herein have interfere with the activities of this Petitioner Club in the interest of justice and equity. Hence this Memo.”
