This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India praying to quash the preliminary notification issued by 2nd respondent dated 07.01.2002 vide Annexure and consequently quash final notification dated 09.09.2003 vide Annexure in respect of Sy.No.46/1, measuring 2 acres 2 guntas situated at Thalaghattapura Village, Uttarahalli Hobli, Bengaluru South Taluk, Bengaluru and etc.,
This Writ Petition coming on for Orders , this day, the Court made the following:
ORDER
It is noticed that matter is of the year 2017. Office objections raised have not been complied with despite time having been granted on 01.02.2019, 03.07.2019 and 25.11.2019. Clearly there is no diligence in prosecuting the present proceedings. Hence, the petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
