ORDER
In this matter, learned co-ordinate judge had directed issuance of notice vide order dated 13.12.2019; thereafter matter came before other co-ordinate judges on 11.02.2020, 31.07.2021, 13.08.2021 & 27.08.2021.
Even to this day no steps are taken and that this shows that petitioner has lost interest in the litigation and therefore
writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
