ORDER
Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo
dated 29.09.2021 seeking leave to withdraw the writ petition.
The memo reads as under:
" The undersigned Petitioner submits that the above matter is going to settle out of Court. As per talks with the Respondent No.3 the petitioner had given a letter to them and they have assured that, withdraws the above petition and they will transfer the property into her name. The petitioner herewith produces the letter given to the Respondent No.3.
Hence, the petitioner is praying this Hon'ble Court be pleased to dismiss the above petition as withdrawn, in the interest of justice and equity."
