THIS WRIT PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTICLES 226 & 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA PRAYING TO DIRECT THE R-3 FOR REGISTERING THE COMPLAINT LODGED BY THE PETITIONER ON 21.09.2017 VIDE ANNEXURE-B AND TO CONDUCT INVESTIGATION ON THE SAID COMPLAINT AND TO FILE NECESSARY BEFORE THE JURISDICTION CRIMINAL COURT. DIRECT THE R-1 AND 2 TO DIRECT THE R-3 FOR REGISTERING THE COMPLAINT OF THE PETITIONER DATED 21.09.2017 VIDE ANNEXURE-B AND TO FILE REPORT BEFORE THE JURISDICTIONAL CRIMINAL COURT AGAINST THE PARTIES NAMELY, SMT.MAHADEVI BHAT AND SRI.SHASHIKANTH BHAT, BOTH RESIDENTS FLAT NO.303, ROYAL NEST APARTMENT, 8^TH CROSS, PRASHANTHNAGAR, VIJAYANAGAR, NEAR PRAGATHI GANAPATHI TEMPLE, BENGALURU OF AGAINST WHOM COMPLAINT IS LODGED BY THE PETITIONER HEREIN. The short grievance of the petitioner is as to nonregistration of the office in question.

respondents submit that already FIR has been registered in Crime No.398/2019 and the investigation would be accomplished, in accordance with law and within an outer limit of three months after the FSL Report is obtained. This is fair.

In the above circumstances, writ petition is disposed

off. FSL is directed to accomplish the task within a period

of eight weeks, failing which the Director of the FSL may be

required to pay heavy costs to the petitioner.
