ORDER
In this public interest litigation, the petitioner has alleged encroachment over a piece of land marked for road on 1st 'B' Cross Road, Jakkasandra Extension (Ward No.151), Koramangala, Bengaluru. The Court had earlier directed the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) to file compliance report with respect to removal of the encroachment.
