O R D E R
This petition is filed challenging the order of confiscation of Lorry Nos.KA-19-D-3755 and
KA-19-AA-7890 under the orders Annexures ‘A’ and ‘B’.
2. Learned HCGP has submitted the records to
show that subsequently the said vehicles are released under the order of the Trial Court dated 25.07.2018 and order of the respondent dated 23.08.2017. Therefore, this petition has become infructuous and disposed of accordingly.
In view of the disposal of the petition, the memo for retirement filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner does not survive for consideration and disposed of accordingly.
