The petition was filed on 11.09.2019. The matter was listed before the Court on 01.04.2021 and directed to comply with the office objections. Again the matter was listed on 20.04.2021. On that day, four weeks time was granted to take steps and the matter was adjourned to 27.10.2021. On 27.10.2021, case called twice. None appears for the petitioners. Finally, one week time is granted to comply with the office objections, failing which, the petition shall be listed for dismissal on 10.11.2021.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed for non-
