Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner accepting the

terms of the respondent Nos.3 and 4 - Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike, has relinquished that portion of the property that is demanded by the respondents by executing a relinquishment deed dated 10.12.2021 and therefore, he would submit that the writ petition is rendered infructuous.
