that the similar writ petitions have been disposed of and that the instant writ petition may also be disposed of in similar terms. A

copy of one such order passed in W.P. No.48816/2016 is produced along with the writ petition.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels on both sides, the instant petition is also disposed of with a direction to the respondent Nos.1 and 3 to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation. To enable proper appreciation and resolution of the disputes the petitioner is directed to submit one more comprehensive representation to respondents No.1 and 3. If such representation is made within six weeks, the same shall be considered and disposed of by respondent Nos.1 and 3 strictly in accordance with law and by a speaking order and within an outer limit of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the representation.
