The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for the following reliefs:

and also seeking direction to respondent No.2 to accept late examination fee from the petitioner to appear for the 1st year MBBS supplementary examination scheduled to be held in the month of September, 2018. The supplementary exams are

already over. In view of the same, the writ petition does not survive for consideration.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as
having become infructuous.
