ORDER
Petitioner claims to be a founder Trustee of Shri Ayyappa Swami Mahaganapathi Devastana
Development Trust. He has filed O.S.No.72/2019 on the
file of the Principal Civil Judge and J.M.F.C., Karkala seeking injunction against respondents-defendants and obtained a temporary injunction restraining respondents-defendants

and others from interfering with his right to perform pooja. Subsequently, he has filed an application seeking a direction against Station House Officer, Town Police Station, Karkala, to enforce obedience of the injunction order. Learned Trial Judge has allowed the same in part. Hence, this writ petition.
