This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India praying to quash as far as the

petitioners are concerned impugned endorsement vide letter dated 13.11.2017 passed by the respondent rejecting the approval of in-house R&D facility of the petitioner under Section 35(2ab) of Income-Tax Act, 1961 read with Proviso to Rule 6(5A) enclosed in Annexure – A and etc.,
This Writ Petition coming on for Preliminary Hearing in ‘B’ group this day, the Court made the following:
ORDER
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that
he intends to avail the benefit of the Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme and his application filed under the said scheme has been accepted.
In light of the memo filed and submission made,
the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
