O R D E R
The petitioner has impugned the order dated 12.1.2011 in Revision Petition No.122/2007-08 by the Deputy Commissioner, Ramanagara District,
Ramanagara. The learned counsel for the petitioner has

placed on record a copy of the orders of this Court in W.P.No.25421/2011 as also the order in W.P. No.46863/2012.
Perused these orders, and it is seen that the impugned order dated 12.1.2011 in Revision Petition No.122/2007-08, which is also impugned in the aforesaid petitions, is quashed and the parties are directed to appear before the Deputy Commissioner, Ramanagara for further hearing. The petitioner submits that he is served with the notice of hearing in the Revision Petition No.122/2007-08.
Therefore, the writ petition stands disposed of observing that the petitioner shall be at liberty to canvass all grounds in the pending proceedings before the Deputy Commissioner in Revision Petition No.122/2007-08.
