This petition is disposed off as having become

infructuous in terms of the Memo filed in the Court, which reads as under:

"The Petitioner submits as follows:

1. The above Writ Petition was filed praying for quashing of the Government Order bearing No.C1 12 SA SUM NO 2019 Bengaluru, dated 12.07.2019 at ANNEXURE G and also seeking for quashing of the report dated 01.06.2019 of 2^nd Respondent made to the 1^st respondent bearing No.DRY/SOR/06/200910/2016-17 at ANNEXURE F and for other reliefs.

2. On 30.11.2020 after election a new Executive Committee was formed. Thereafter, on receipt of prescribed fee and after submitting accounts for the period 2009-10 to 2019-20 and also the list of Executive Committee members for the period 2010-11 to 2020-21 along with proceedings of the General Body Meeting, an endorsement dated 28.12.2020 is issued by an Assistant Registrar of Cooperative Society and also registering authority for Societies and Associations, Mandya District, Mandya to this effect.

In that view of matter, the challenge made by petitioner to the order dated 12.07.2019 appointing an Administrator under section 27A of Karnataka Society Registration Act and preceding report of Respondent No.2 dated 01.06.2019 does not survive of consideration of the Hon'ble court and the above matter has thus become infructuous.

WHEREFORE, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to dispose the above matter as having become infructuous in the interest of justice and equity."
