This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C praying to set aside the order dated 08.04.2019 in Spl.C.C.No.143/2019 passed by the learned LIV Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge (CCH-55) sitting in the Child Friendly Court, Bengaluru Urban District at Bengaluru and etc.
This Writ Petition coming on for orders this day, the court made the following:
ORDER
Advocate Sri M.Partha has filed a memo seeking permission to retire from the case and he has stated no objection for engaging any another counsel by the petitioners. Thereafter, on 13.11.2019, advocate Sri T.Prakash filed his memo appearance stating that the petitioners are in judicial custody in Special Case 143/2019 and therefore he was authorized to file memo of appearance on their behalf. On the same day, Sri T.Prakash filed another memo seeking permission to withdraw the petition. In view of this, memo of appearance filed by Sri T.Prakash is

accepted. Memo of withdrawal is placed on record. This petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
