Heard, the learned Counsel for the petitioner
and learned Counsel for the respondent-Bank.
Bank submits that the petitioner has repaid the dues to the bank and the loan account has been closed on 06.03.2019 itself and in that view of the matter, the petition has been rendered infructuous. Learned Counsel for the petitioner also admits the same.
