“Learned counsel Sri. K.N.Puttegowda, appearing for the respondents submits that the petition made by the petitioner before the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Bengaluru in C.Misc.No.3997/2015 has been dismissed on the ground that the petitioner had filed the petition seeking entry of the name of her son Rahamathulla Khan in the Register of Births, while the son had already attained the age of majority. It is further submitted that no other information was made available by the petitioner regarding the place of birth of her son.
Matter is called out.
There is no representation for the petitioner.
