The matter having been argued at length, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition.
Leave having been accorded, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, this order shall not come in the way of Jail Authorities organizing special treatment for the diseases in question, if grounds are made out therefor.
