In this petition, the petitioner seeks for a direction

to the respondent to consider the representation dated 25.01.2021 at Annexure-A submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders and such other reliefs.

learned Counsel for the respondent and perused the materials on record.

Though the petitioner has put forth several

contentions in the petition, having regard to the undisputed fact that the representation at Annexure-A dated 25.01.2021 filed by the petitioner has not been considered and no orders have been passed by the respondent so far, I deem it just and appropriate to dispose of this writ petition directing the respondent to

address the grievances of the petitioner and consider and

pass appropriate orders on the aforesaid representation at Annexure-A, dated 25.01.2021, in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
