This writ petition is filed seeking writ in the nature of Mandamus to direct the respondent No.2 to consider the representation dated 23.11.2020 (Annexure-D) and to pass suitable orders to conduct Hadbast and Phodi in respect of the land bearing Sy. No.76/2 measuring 14½ guntas situated at Singasandra Village, Begur Hobli, Bengaluru South Taluk.

The petitioner claims that he had filed an application seeking for bifurcation, demarcation of the boundaries and assigning new survey number in respect of the aforesaid land on 23.11.2020 and the said application is outstanding till date and therefore, seeks a direction to the respondent No.2 to dispose off the said application.

Learned Additional Government Advocate submits

that for fixation of boundaries and to bifurcate the

property, an on-line application is prescribed and therefore, the petitioner may be directed to submit an on-line application by giving all particulars of the land. He further submitted that if such application is filed, the same would be considered within a period of three months from the date of filing of the application.

In view of the submission of the learned Additional Government Advocate, this writ petition is disposed off directing the petitioner to file an on-line application in the prescribed format along with all the particulars and documents within a period of 30 days from today.

If the application is in accordance with law, the respondent No.2 shall consider the same and dispose off the application within a period of three months from the date of filing of the application.
