With consent of learned counsels for the respective

parties, matter is taken up for final disposal.

In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for

the following reliefs:-

a) Direct the respondent No. 1 to dispose of the revision petition No. 2/2015-16 filed under Section-56 of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964 as per Annexure-A within a time frame and pass appropriate and suitable orders on merits and in the meanwhile,

pending disposal of the above appeal to consider the interim prayer.

b) To pass any other incidental or consequential relief/s as deemed fit in the facts and circumstances of the case and in aid of the main relief sought for, in the interest of justice and equity.

Learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions submitted that the grievance of the petitioner is considered and disposed of by the concerned revenue officials. However, copy of the order has not been made available by the State counsel.

In view of these facts and circumstances, if the grievance of the petitioner is not redressed as on this date, the same shall be decided within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
