ORDER
The short grievance of the petitioner is as to the investigation in terms of his FIR No. 0078/2019 not being accomplished despite more than two years having lapsed.
for the official respondents opposes the writ petition submitting that ordinarily in matters of police investigation the indulgence of Writ Court is not desirable. He also contends that in matters of the kind a greater leverage has to be left to the investigating officers.
In the above circumstances, this writ petition is disposed off directing the third respondent to accomplish the investigation in the matter keeping in view the principles laid down by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in
