Petitioner, in this writ petition, has prayed for a

direction to respondents to consider its request made in representation dated 02.01.2021 (Annexure-G).

Mr. A. Mohammed Tahir, learned Advocate for

petitioner submitted that hitherto Railways were collecting license fee in advance for one month. Now Railways have

amended that practice and demanding license fee equivalent to three months, in advance. Therefore, petitioner - Association has submitted the instant representation.

Shri. Y.T. Abhinay, learned Advocate for

respondents submitted that petitioner's request will be considered in accordance with law within an outer limit of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Placing the submission of Shri. Abhinay on record, petition is disposed of .
