Shri R Srinivas Gowda, learned Additional Government Advocate accepts notice for respondent Nos.1 to 5.

The petitioner is before this Court seeking for a mandamus directing respondent Nos.4 and 5 - Tahsildar and Assistant Director of Land Records to consider the representation at Annexure-A dated 07.06.2021 to conduct podi and durasthi of the land as also the subsequent representations dated 03.07.2021 at Annexures-B and B1.

Shri Srinivasa Gowda, learned Additional Government Advocate submits that if given a period of six months time, the necessary survey, podi and durasthi would be carried out.

His submission is placed on record. A mandamus is issued directing the respondent Nos.4 and 5 to carry

out the necessary survey, podi and durasthi as regards the land belonging to the petitioner as sought for in Annexures-A, B and B1 within 6 months.

Respondent Nos.4 and 5 will act on a print out of the uploaded copy of this order on the website of this Court, if so furnished by the petitioner, without waiting for certified copy thereof. If respondent Nos.4 and 5 has any doubt about the order, respondent Nos.4 and 5 may verify the contents of the order from the website of this Court and or from the learned Additional Government Advocate.
