“The Petitioner in the above case most humbly prays that this Hon’ble Court be pleased to dismiss the petition as withdrawn as the Petitioner has deposited entire land cost and got the Lease-cum-Sale Deed executed from the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 in respect of land which was allotted to the Petitioner. Therefore, the above Writ Petition does not survive for consideration. Hence this Memo.”
