Petitioners have presented this writ petition for a direction against the respondents to receive their complaint, register an FIR and to give police protection.

Shri Vinod Kumar, learned AGA submitted that if petitioners approach police with any complaint, they will consider and take action in accordance with law in terms of Lalita Kumari

Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh and others¹ . So far as police protection is concerned, Shri Vinod Kumar submitted that police will examine petitioners' case as per law.

Learned advocate for petitioners is satisfied with the submission of learned AGA.
