THIS WRIT PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTICLES 226 AND 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA PRAYING TO DIRECT THE RESPONDENT TO CONSIDER THE REPRESENTATION OF THE PETITIONERS VIDE ANNEXUREF DATED 06.07.2021 DEPOSITING THE AMOUNT OF RS.28,80,952/TO THE PETITIONER’S ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY & ETC.

In this writ petition, the petitioners have sought for

the following reliefs.

i. Issue a writ in nature of mandamus directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioners vide Annexure-F dated 06.07.2021 deposit the amount of Rs.28,80,952/- to the petitioner’s account immediately and for other reliefs.

Though several contentions are urged by the

petitioners in support of their claim, having regard to the specific assertions on the part of the petitioners that their representation at Annexure-F dated 06-07-2021 has not been considered by the respondent and no orders have been passed so far, without expressing any opinion on the merits/demerits of the rival contentions, I deem it just and proper to dispose of this writ petition directing the concerned respondent/authority to consider the said

representation, if not already considered, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Ordered accordingly.
