The writ petition lays a challenge to the Government
Order dated 13.08.2014 vide Annexure-A whereby the
members were appointed to the Kodava Sahitya Academy.

respondents points out that the very tenure of membership having expired, nothing survives for consideration in this matter. This assertion is not disputed by the other side.
In the above circumstances, this writ petition is disposed off with liberty reserved to the petitioner to seek its revival in the event the assertion of learned AGA is found to be incorrect.
