These writ petitions are filed under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India, praying for a direction to promote the petitioners as per notification issued by respondent No.1 at Annexure-B dated 14.06.2011 issued by respondent No.1 bearing No.CO/15/CLM/2005, Bangalore.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Additional Government Advocate for respondent Nos.1 & 2 and learned counsel for respondent No.3.

and therefore, their case is required to be considered on priority for the purpose of promotion.
Taking into consideration the submission made on behalf of respondent No.3, the Government Notification at Annexure-B and also the representation at Annexure-D, these writ petitions are disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 21.05.2016 at Annexure-D in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible within an outer limit of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
