JUDGMENT

The present writ appeal is arising out of the order dated 20.12.2018 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P. Nos.441-443/2017. (Prof. K. Lakshmanappa and others vs. State of Karnataka and others).

At the outset, learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 - employees has drawn the attention of this Court towards the order of the Government directing the University to comply the order passed by the learned Single Judge and thereafter, the University has also complied the order passed by the learned Single Judge meaning thereby had permitted the respondent Nos.1 to 3 to continue up to the age of 62 years and also pensionary benefits have been granted to them.

Resultantly, no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ appeal. The same stands disposed of.
