JUDGMENT
Shri Aditya Narayan, learned counsel for the appellant has informed this Court that the mediation proceedings have taken place as the University has invited the students for mediation. The mediation proceedings have resolved the issue and relief has been granted to the respondent No.1/student. However, he has stated that it may be observed that the judgment delivered by the learned Single Judge will come in

the way of the University and therefore, the issue decided by the learned Single Judge be left open.
Resultantly, the writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn as prayed for and the issue involved in the writ petition is left open.
No orders as to costs.
