the Taluka Office, he signed alone in the document and already one Raja has signed the said document. He is not aware of whether any other person has signed the document. He categorically admitted that when he had signed the document already transaction was over. He is not aware of what transpired between the plaintiff and the defendants prior to signing of the said document. He also admits that prior to Ex.P1, there was a sale agreement in the year 2011. He also admits that he is not aware of who prepared the documents, but he volunteers that it was taken place between them and except signing the document-Ex.P1, he is not aware of anything about the transaction. It is also pertinent to note that the plaintiff also examined other witness P.W.2 i.e., H.B.Raja. In his crossexamination also, he categorically admits that on the date of the sale agreement, he went to the Taluka Office at 11 a.m. and he has signed the sale agreement. He himself and Swamy have signed the sale agreement. He also categorically admits that when he went to the spot, already the plaintiff and the defendants have signed the document and in his presence with regard to the sale transaction, no amount was paid.
