JUDGMENT
This appeal was filed on 17.09.2019. When the
appeal was listed on 27.01.2020, learned counsel for the appellant was absent and one week time was granted to comply with the office objections. The matter was listed on 13.08.2021. On 13.08.2021, learned counsel for the appellant sought time and two weeks time was granted to comply with the office objections, failing which, the appeal shall be listed for dismissal on 30.08.2021.
Even today, learned counsel for the appellant seeks time to comply with the office objections in view of the premptory order. The appeal shall stand dismissed for non compliance of office objections.
