J U D G M E N T
Sri Rudrappa. P., learned counsel for the appellant, submits that a memo has been filed seeking withdrawal of the appeal as the parties have settled the matter and the appellant has agreed to the judgment and decree of divorce granted by the Senior Civil Judge, Ramanagara, on 14-9-2019 in M.C. No.34 of 2014. Hence, the appellant may be permitted to withdraw the appeal.
