In view of the report of the Superintendent of Police, Chamarajanagar regarding death of the petitioner Sri Y Rajanna, the counsel for the petitioner was directed to give necessary clarification, but the counsel for the petitioner has not appeared and no clarification is furnished. The police report and the death certificate furnished along with the said report given by son of the petitioner Sri Y R Ramesh confirms the death of petitioner. In view of the death of petitioner, this revision petition stands dismissed.
