specific allegations are made against the present petitioner that he is running a brothel house by inducing the victim girls under the guise of providing job and driven them to prostitution. The charge sheet materials do not support the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is falsely implicated in the matter without any basis. In view of the material on record, his contention that Section 370 of IPC is not at all attracted to the facts of the case also cannot be accepted. However, admittedly, investigation is completed. It is not the contention with the prosecution that the petitioner is required for further investigation or that he is having criminal antecedents. Under such circumstances, detention of the petitioner in custody would amount to infringement of his right to life and liberty. Hence, I am of the opinion that the petitioner is entitled to be enlarged on bail subject to conditions, which will take care of the apprehension expressed by the learned High Court Government Pleader that the petitioner may abscond or may tamper or threaten the prosecution witnesses.
