This Criminal Petition is filed under section 482 of Cr.P.C praying to quash the order of the learned Civil Judge and JMFC, Ponnampet dated 04.02.2020 in C.C.No.73/2020 and the charge sheet dated 04.10.2019 in Cr.No.73/2018 pending on the file of the learned Civil Judge and JMFC, Ponnampet, produced as Annexure B and D respectively and all further proceedings pursuant thereto.
