Learned counsel for the petitioner filed a memo today, not pressing the present petition on the ground that the complaint filed by the respondent / complainant in the Trial Court has been withdrawn by the complainant.
In view of the memo and supporting submission, the petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
In view of dismissal of the petition, pending I.A.1/2020 does not survive for consideration.
