ORDER
This Court, by several orders had directed the petitioner to comply with the office objections. The same is not complied with, even as on date. Particularly on 23.11.2021, this Court had passed the following order:
" ORDER
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that most of the office objections are complied with, except with regard to the production of the order sheet from the trial Court, which has to be procured from the Court of Principal Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mangalore, for which he seeks a week's time.

List the matter on 02.12.2021.
If the office objections still continue to be on Board, the matter would be dismissed for its non-prosecution."
In the light of the order passed on 23.11.2021, the
criminal petition is dismissed for its non-prosecution.
