petitioner in Crl.P.No.268/2020 and in the complaint, an allegation is made that her marriage was solemnized with accused No.1 on 15.06.2016 and thereafter, she gave birth to a child on 08.06.2017 and later, she was subjected to cruelty and harassment. A petition was also filed in Crl.Misc.No.236/2019. Her husband also initiated the MC proceedings in M.C.No.2824/2019 and that on 05.12.2019, the case is pending before the Court. In the complaint also an allegation is made against the Advocates Shobha and Ravendra, who came along with her husband and in-laws at around 8.00 clock and insisted her to take back the jewels and give divorce to accused No.1 and the said incident took place in the month of April, 2019. That on 05.12.2019, when the case was posted for hearing, on that day, her husband and the Advocates Shobha, Ravendra and Munireddy by conspiring each other again insisted her to give divorce for which she did not agree.
