This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying to quash the FIR and Complaint registered against petitioner in Cr.No.118/2019 by Puttenahalli Police Station, for the alleged offence punishable under Section 420, 384, 511, 506, 504 read with 34 of IPC in so far petitioner is concerned pending on the file of the 44th ACMM at Bengaluru.
