O R D E R
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the petition and file a fresh petition before the learned Sessions Court in view of the fact that the charge sheet has been filed by the jurisdictional police. He also submits in support of his submission that the accused Nos.1 and 2, against whom specific overt allegations, are made have already been admitted to bail.
In the light of these submissions, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file a necessary application before the learned Sessions Court.
