AND DIRECT THE COURT OF IV ADDITIONAL DISTRICT AND SESSIONS JUDGE, DHARWAD TO PROCEED AGAINST VINAY KULKARNI AND MANJUNATH BASSANNAVAR BY ARRAYING THEM AS ACCUSED AND TO HOLD ENQUIRY AGAINST THEM IN ACCORDANCE WITH LAW.
