This petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of the entire proceedings in CC No.2/2019 (Bagalkot Town Police Station Crime No.125/2013) on the file of the learned Principal Senior Civil Judge and CJM, Bagalkot, for offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 420, 465, 466, 468, 469, 470 r/w Sec. 149 of IPC.

The learned counsel for respondent No.2 Sri.S.C.Bhuti submits that matter stands posted before the learned trial Court on 5/2/2021 for framing of charges. It is therefore not necessary for this Court to go into the merits of this proceedings and it is open to the petitioners to file necessary application before the learned trial Court seeking discharge from the proceedings. In view of the same, this petition deserves to be dismissed.

The above petition is dismissed. Liberty is reserved to the petitioners to move the learned trial court for discharge from the
