In this proceedings, the petitioner is calling in question the legality of the entire proceedings in C.C.No.353/2017 (Crime No.23/2016) for offences punishable under sections 120B, 406, 408, 420, 465, 467, 468, 470, 471 of IPC on the file of the Additional Senior

Civil Judge and JMFC, Hosapete by filing a petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.

It is brought to my notice that the case now stands posted before the learned Trial Court for hearing before charges on 20.02.2021. Therefore, it is not necessary to go into the merits of this case by this Court at this stage. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed reserving liberty to the petitioner to move the learned Trial Court seeking discharge from the proceedings and if such application is filed, the learned Court below to consider the same in accordance with law.

All contentions are left open.

In view of the above, I.A.No.1/2019 does not survive for consideration and accordingly, it is also dismissed.
